XerGames and XerSports Boot Camps have been designed by professional athletes and teachers to make fitness and sports training for all ages and abilities more fun, social, engaging and inclusive than traditional forms of exercise or sports training, yet equally challenging for beginners and accomplished athletes. Each Boot Camp is comprised of four to twelve 45 minute sessions that can be mixed and matched to meet your programming needs.
